Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets - all sales are final.
General Policies
The seats that are available for reservation are row 2 through 11. The front row is not for sale. The remaining seats in the auditorium are general admission. Please arrive ten minutes early and be seated before the show starts.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Snake River Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
